What OpenDraft processes

We process account information, the websites and publishing destinations you connect, the business profile you approve, content you create, and product usage needed to operate and improve the service. Search Console and Analytics data is used only for the workspace you authorize.

How your data is used

Workspace data is used to crawl approved pages, build a content strategy, research and generate drafts, evaluate quality, publish when instructed, and report results. We do not sell personal information. Connected-site credentials are kept server-side and should never be embedded in generated content.

AI and customer content

Prompts may include approved brand facts, content briefs, and research excerpts. Production deployments should use provider settings that match your data-retention requirements. OpenDraft separates untrusted website text from system instructions and records source provenance for review.

Testimonials and evidence

Customer quotes, names, logos, screenshots, and quantified results are published only after permission and moderation. Supporting evidence remains private. Permission can be revoked, after which controlled placements are removed.

Choices and requests

You may disconnect integrations, pause queued workflows, export your content, or record a deletion request from workspace settings. For privacy requests, contact privacy@opendraft.io.
